Roles & fees

PayAxis provides software. Licensed providers perform regulated financial services. This page sets out who does what, and how each is paid.

What PayAxis does

  • Supplier and invoice workflow
  • Internal user permissions and maker-checker approvals
  • Transmission and display of provider-supplied information
  • Transaction status, records and reporting
  • Reconciliation and audit support

What licensed providers do

  • Customer onboarding, KYC, AML and sanctions controls
  • Independent transaction acceptance
  • Receipt and control of customer funds
  • FX, money transmission and local payout

PayAxis does not receive, hold or control customer money, and does not earn interest on, or use, customer funds. PayAxis has no signing rights, withdrawal rights or independent authority to redirect payments.

Fees

PayAxis charges a platform fee for use of its software, calculated by reference to transaction value and shown on every quote and payment record. The licensed provider supplies the regulated payment and FX services under its own customer agreement; its regulated-service charge is included in the exchange rate shown at the time of your payment.

Provider execution pricing has not yet been contracted. When provider agreements are executed, this page and your customer terms will separately identify the provider, its regulated-service charge, and the applicable terms — to be completed at that time, not before.
