European Central Bank euro foreign exchange reference rates, retrieved from the ECB 90-day XML feed.

Calculation

For USD funding: destination per EUR divided by USD per EUR. For AED funding: destination per EUR divided by (USD per EUR × 3.6725). EUR per EUR is 1. Calculations use exact decimal arithmetic; display rounding is applied last.

Publication

Usually around 16:00 CET on working days except TARGET closing days. The service checks each publication day, with a later retry. Weekends and closing days have no new reference.

US dollars (USD) and UAE dirhams (AED)

USD is also a funding currency for the connected pairs above. AED↔USD uses the UAE dirham peg of 3.6725 AED per USD, not a moving ECB cross-rate. AED→USD is 1 ÷ 3.6725; USD→AED is 3.6725.
